This Graham Cracker Pie Crust is a classic! It’s so easy to make and forms the perfect base for any pudding or cream based pie. To make the crust, simply mix together the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the melted butter and stir until the cracker crumbs are moistened and stick together when pressed. Firmly press the graham cracker crumbs into a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust. Bake the crust at 350°F for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely to set, which will help it hold its shape when sliced. Once cool, fill the crust with your favorite pie filling, decorate, and enjoy!
As a note, I find it easiest to crush the graham cracker crumbs in a food processor, but you can also place them in a bag and crush them by rolling over the bag with a rolling pin.
This pie crust is sweet, crunchy, and provides a nice contrast to any pudding pie. Next time you need a graham cracker crust, don’t purchase a premade one. Take fifteen minutes to make your own, and you’ll never go back! If you make this recipe, I’d love to know how it turned out, so let me know in the comments below.
