Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare an 8 ½ in x 4 ½ in loaf pan by greasing it and lining with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy and light in color, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
On low speed, mix in ½ of the dry ingredient mixture, followed by ½ of the milk. Repeat with remaining dry ingredients, followed by remaining milk.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Top with a few more chocolate chips, if desired.
Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a tester inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Cool before slicing. Enjoy!
